The Outsider Media Foundation is proud to launch its first National Party Chair Questionnaire! This year, the Foundation is reaching out to the chairs of national political parties (or their executive committees in cases where no singular chair exists) to gain insight into their party’s major priorities, key policy aims, and organizing plans for 2025 and 2026. The goal is to help the public better understand these political organizations through direct and unfiltered responses. To achieve that, the questionnaire asks ten key questions covering policy objectives, voter engagement strategies, fundraising initiatives, and more.

A 2024 Gallup poll found that public trust in the media has reached an all-time low, with only a small fraction of Americans believing they receive a fair, accurate, and complete story. In an era of increasing skepticism, it is more critical than ever to hear directly from political leaders in their own words and without editorial spin or partisan framing. This questionnaire provides an opportunity for national party leaders to clearly articulate their party’s vision for the country and how it plans to achieve it, ensuring voters and supporters can make informed decisions based on firsthand information.

Once responses are verified as coming from a party’s national leadership, they will be published on the Foundation’s journal, Independent Political Report, and featured in its weekly newsletter, The Outside Observer.
